Things appear to continue looking up for Amanda Bynes after a somewhat rough end to her 2014, as the former actress has taken to her Twitter account to post another new image of herself.

The 28-year-old former fashion student showed off that she still possesses some of her drawing skills by sharing a hand-sketched self-portrait with her followers on Twitter March 16, and shared an encouraging message for them as well.

"Hey my loves! Here's a drawing I did! Ily :D" she captioned the photo, which looked to be a sketch of the actress.

It's the first tweet Bynes has shared in a while, with her last surfacing on her social media account being in mid-January. The actress has reportedly been doing well however in recent months, as she remains under her parents care financially.

Bynes's parents had their conservatorship over the actress extended back in February, with a new hearing on her case set for June 23.

At the time, sources said the former actress was doing "really great" and was "really healthy" after the judge decided to extend the conservatorship.

"She is focusing on reading, yoga and reconnecting with her family. She is trying to live a more balanced life," sourced said.

Bynes also faced recent triumphs concerning her previous legal problems, which were thrust back into the spotlight following her September arrest for DUI, a violation of her probation from earlier cases. Also in February, the Los Angeles County District Attorney chose not to pursue such charges for her.

"Based on the police reports, we don't believe there was a violation," DA spokeswoman Janie Robison said at the time.

The Los Angeles City Attorney had also previously declined to prosecute Bynes for the DUI as well.
