Back in December, playboy Dan Bilzerian was sued by Miami-based adult star Vanessa Castano for kicking her in the face while at a nightclub and apparently the charges against him have been dropped.

On Thursday People reported that that after police filed a criminal investigation, officials have confirmed that Bilzerian will not be charged with assault and he won't be facing jail time because the investigation has been closed.

"Bilzarian was on an elevated dancing platform," the reports read, "and violently and intentionally kicked plaintiff in the face while wearing what resembled military boots."

Dan Bilzerian Headed To Court For Felony Charges

After the incident occurred, the billionaire 'King of Instagram' made it clear that he did not ever put his hands on anyone and he believes that "trashy gossip websites that don't fact check" intentionally spread rumors about him.

"The allegations being made about me are absolutely false," he says. "I look forward to shedding light on what happened through proper channels."

In addition to the charges filed against the women, Bilzerian was recently acquitted of felony charges after he was arrested outside of LAX for creating a TNT substance and blowing up a trailer truck.

Back in January the Las Vegas Sun reported that Bilzerian was facing two counts of possessing bomb-making components and could face up to six years in prison and a $5,000 fine for each count if he was convicted.
