The preview trailer for the highly anticipated R-rated comedy "Movie 43" was released on Oct. 3 and the video clip confirms that fans can expect it to be even funnier than it has been rumored to be.

Imagine a mashup pulled together by some of the industry's best comedic directors working with A-list stars for scenes containing no holds-barred concepts.

According to several reports, some of the film's graphic scenes involve fecal play, wizard sex, a blind kid sabotage, the bullying of home schooled children and crotch-grabbing leprechauns.

Movie director Peter Farrelly of Farrelly Brothers fame ("Something About Mary," "Dumb and Dumber") teamed up with producer Charlie Wesser and 11 other directors to create the ultimate omnibus movie.

"Movie 43" is a mashup of segments from 12 different directors which took four years to film due to the coordination of the cast and directors' film schedules.

Here are some of the story lines of the film, according to Entertainment Weekly:

Naomi Watts flashes some 1980s flair as a borderline psycho mom, alongside her real-life love Liev Schreiber, as parents who homeschool their son, played by "Shameless" co-star Jeremy Allen White, but completely subject him to school bullying (a bratty Watts with a teenage side ponytail - priceless).

Winslet goes on a blind date with Hugh Jackman and learns he has a weird birth defect. Freak-outs ensue.

Terrence Howard coaches a 1950's all-black basketball team, giving the players pieces of advice definitely not considered PC. Halle Berry, looking as model gorgeous as ever, goes against type by playing a saucy game of truth or dare in a restaurant with erstwhile Ricky Gervais collaborator Stephen Merchant. Two words: turkey baster.

"Movie 43" has been described by Relativity Media as "jaw-droppin, uprarius and outrageous fun."

It stars an A-list cast and here is the list in alphabetical order: Elizabeth Banks, Kristen Bell, Halle Berry, Leslie Bibb, Kate Bosworth, Gerard Butler, Bobby Cannavale, Kieran Culkin, Josh Duhamel, Anna Faris, Richard Gere, John Hodgman, Terrence Howard, Hugh Jackman, Johnny Knoxville, Justin Long, Stephen Merchant, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Chloë Grace Moretz, Chris Pratt, Liev Schreiber, Seann William Scott, Emma Stone, Jason Sudeikis, Uma Thurman, Naomi Watts and Kate Winslet.

"Movie 43" will arrive in theaters on Jan. 25, 2013.
