While there have been no official confirmations regarding the sequel to the megahit on screen version of 50 Shades of Grey, there have been a lot of rumors about who is coming back and who might be getting a big pay raise. Even though there have been reports that both Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are on board to reprise their roles for the film, they might not be getting the big paychecks they're supposedly hoping for.

The film's producer Dana Brunetti recently sounded off on rumors that Dornan an Johnson are getting huge payouts for the next film, dismissing any talk about a payraise.

He told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview on Friday that when he was starting in the business, "I had to cut my teeth and build my résumé to get in. I had to basically work for free on a lot of things. I still take reductions in my fees for the opportunities to do certain things."

If that weren't enough, he also added, "I'm not going to cry for anybody who wants to be in this business just because a thing they were involved in did very well and they didn't get paid (a lot). If it was, I'd have more than a couple Ferraris because all the money my films have made is F-ing insane. You've got to start somewhere."

Earlier this month, The Hollywood Reporter announced that sources say Dornan and Johnson received $250,00 each to star in the film adaptation of E. L. James' erotic novel, but now they are demanding more.

According to the site, both Dornan and Johnson want to renegotiate their deals for a seven-figure salary for each sequel.
