The CW has released what is said to be the first look at the final episode of Hart of Dixie.

It's definitely safe to say that the network ties up all of the loose ends and the romantic stories as well as those of friendship comes full circle in the upcoming episode. In the sneak peek The CW reminds fans of how far Zoe and Wade have come since they first crossed paths.
"Did you ever think we'd be having a baby together?" Zoe asks Wade.

While George announced in Friday's episode that he would be moving to Nashville, he still professes his love for his new flame Annabeth, literally.
"Did you just say that you love me?" Annabeth questions him.
While it seems like Annabeth would be happy to hear the news, she doesn't look too pleased about it.
Aside from relationships, unlikely friendships have also blossomed over the series' four seasons. Who would have ever thought Lemon would ask Zoe to be in her and Lavon's wedding? Zoe makes it clear she didn't see it coming when Lemon pops the question to her.
Zoe is certainly making her way into the Breeland famliy's heart. Avid fans might remember she and Brick have had a love hate relationship since she landed in Bluebell from New York City and hoped to get half of Brick's practice (that her late father owned).
Brick reassures Zoe that her father would have been proud of her progress.
As if right on cue, Zoe prepares to become a parent herself when her water breaks at the most unexpected time.
