Many might have missed the flash in the pan appearance of the new Terminator in the latest TV spot for Genisys.
John Connor To Be The Villain In Terminator Genisys According To Leaked Script?
io9 spotted and highlighted the steely fiend, which has a stellar white silver exterior over a skeletal form, it looks familiar to the T-800 we saw in Terminator: Judgment Day. According to the report, this will be the new machine Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) and Arnold Schwarzenegger's character, the Guardian, will have to deal with. It also made the observation that it looked like a cross between the T-800 and T-1000, and would have the shape-shifting abilities and fluidity of the 1000. This will be one of the antagonistic minions the duo will have to fight to save the day.
We had been distracted by the first proper glimpse at J.K. Simmons' character, Detective O'Brien in the spot to pay mind to the new Terminator model. In the recently revealed spot for the movie, there is a whole lot of O'Brien and he is seen trying to help Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) out. The detective has been hit by a bullet in the shoulder, and seems to be in the know about the complication of the situation. As Sarah informs him that they are here to stop the end of the world, he suspends disbelief and is willing to help out. "I can work with that," he reveals.
Terminator: Genisys To Get A 2D To 3D Conversion?

There are a bunch of other action sequences that have been seen in other trailers for the movie, like the bus flipping over on the bridge, among others that are showcased in the new TV spot.
