After months of trying to figure out what was causing him to drastically change his personality, Luke's (Anthony Geary) long buried secret has finally been revealed on General Hospital.

Luke Finally Learns The Truth About His Past

After returning to his childhood home, Luke remembered the night his mother died, and finally realized that he what he'd been hiding all that time was the fact that he had killed both of his parents as a teenager-and that his mother hadn't been killed by his father, who he previously believed had run out on him and his siblings. Now, with the truth finally out in the open once more, the path that must be taken concerning Luke's mental state needs to be determined.

Though the truth us now out to all of his loved ones however, Lulu (Emmee Rylan) will be removed from the scene to allow her step-mother, Tracy (Jane Elliot), and aunts, Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) and Patricia (Dee Wallace) to figure out what they need to do to help Luke-leaving Lulu in tears because she isn't able to help her father.

Tracy Makes A Bold Decision In An Attempt To Get Through To Luke

"I just have to believe that they can get through to him," she says to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in a preview clip for the Thursday, April 2 episode.

However, as much as they try to get through to Luke and appeal to his good side-which wasn't affected by the horrific memories of the past, the women may not be able to convince Luke that his past crimes were something to be ashamed of since he was trying to protect his family-and he may consider trying to have himself kept away from everyone to ensure he no longer poses any danger.

"How am I supposed to live with that," he asks them in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
