According to the site, Howe has no direct relatives. Apparently both of her parents are deceased, her husband died in 2013, and while she has two grown children, neither of them reside in California.
A source close to the stepchildren told TMZ that Howe had 'virtually no relationship' with either of them however they believe they are the only people who have the legal right to file a suit.
An insider close to the stepchildren said that an attorney for one of them has already suggested that they find some sort of evidence showing some relationship between themselves and Howe.
While it's unsure if the clients will be able to prove their relationship with their stepmother, it has already been confirmed that neither of them will inherit her property.
Sources claim that Howe has a trust with a million dollars worth of assets that will eventually be donated to various charity organizations.
Back in February TMZ reported that the reality star was involved in the car accident because of paparazzi that was "chasing him."
