After taking a step away from VH1's Basketball Wives LA, fan favorite Draya Michele has confirmed if she's returning for the next season.

Fans of the reality star turned bathing suit designer might be happy to hear that she's returning.

"I will be a part of 'Basketball Wives', the new season, yes," she told Black Hollywood Today during the Get Hard premiere last month.

She added that at times she has had to get physical on the series and hit someone.

"I don't know if you watch my show but I had to lay my hands on somebody. It was really out of character but sometimes you have to do what you have to do and you have to stand for what you believe in."

Still, her "laying hands" on her co-star last season, Sundy Carter, has resulted in a lawsuit. Carter, who has already confirmed she isn't returning to the show, is suing Draya for permanent eye damage after Draya hit her. She is also taking legal action against cast member Malaysia Pargo. Carter has said in the past it was actually Pargo who hit her.

But it doesn't look like her case will get too far. The incident took place roughly two years ago while the cast was vacationing in Palm Springs. The statue of limitations is only one year. Still, Carter said she just discovered she had the permanent eye damage six months ago. According to TMZ March 27, Carter has to wear glasses and has said that she has blurry vision that isn't getting any better. However she could file a civil lawsuit.
