The actress tweeted on Monday a powerful fact about children being born with cleft lips.

Cote de Pablo Reveals How She Wanted To 'Stay' Longer On 'NCIS'
Operation Smile raises funds to raise awareness and make a difference. The goal of Operation Smile "is to raise enough funding in 45 days to help at least 240 children have a new chance at life," as stated on the Operation Smile website.

Wickersham was "handing over" her smile to her costars, Michael Weatherly, Sean Murray, Pauley Perrette, Rocky Carroll and Brian Dietzen, to involve them.

Murray tweeted a photo of himself with Wickersham on set of NCIS smiling as he linked the Operation Smile website in the tweet.

Wickersham didn't stop with her NCIS family though. She also handed over more smiles to Sophia Bush, Sasha Alexander, Zach Braff, a couple of NCIS: Los Angeles cast members, Lindsey Kraft and Katie Lowes.
