In a recent interview, Stephen Amell spoke about his role in the Arrow/Flash spin-off, and a report hinted at the possibility of Felicity featuring in it too.

IBT sourced important quotes by Amell at the recently held Vancouver FanExpo, wherein he dished about being part of all the three shows.

"I would imagine that I will be appearing on all three shows," said Amell. "I would imagine that we will be sprinkling characters in. I know that there's a plan for one character who originated on Arrow and is not one of the main characters on the new spinoff to sort of hover between all three shows and that will be their job, so to speak. So you'll see a lot of interconnectivity next year."

The publication also referred to another report by ComicBookMovie.com that suggested that Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) would most likely be part of the spin-off as she has strong bonds with the key characters in the new series. Felicity is indeed very close to Oliver and Ray Palmer aka The Atom.

On season 3 of Arrow, Felicity has gotten much closer to Palmer (Brandon Routh) while living Oliver out in the cold. But things are going to take a drastic turn in the upcoming episodes. The preview which spans the final five episodes of season 3, shows the duo getting very intimate, leading up to them making love. It seems like they give into the moment and all their past emotions brim over.
