He just relived the painful memories of his past which revealed he had murdered both of his parents as a child, but now, Luke (Anthony Geary) is about to receive another harsh blow to his delicate psyche on General Hospital.

Luke's Family Considers The Next Step Following His Confession

Soon after his revelation of what happened that fateful day more than 50 years ago, he was taken to the hospital to undergo an evaluation before likely heading to jail for the crimes he committed while the evil side of his split personality controlled his actions. As he was escorted out of his childhood home however, his older sister, Patricia (Dee Wallace), who had just come back into his life, died.

Now, his wife, Tracy (Jane Elliott) and daughter, Lulu (Emmee Rylan) will have to deliver the news to him.

Luke Learns What Caused His Split Personality

"There's something you need to know," Tracy says to him in a preview clip for the Tuesday, April 7 episode.

Of course, Luke isn't the only one who is likely to not handle the news well, as Patricia's daughter, Valerie (Brytni Sarpi) has become a wreck since realizing her mother had passed away-and she is causing a scene at the hospital as a result.

"I'm going to have to call security," Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) says to her in the clip.

"Go for it!" Valerie replies.

However, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is also nearby and overhears the whole thing-and may step in to try and calm his newfound cousin-in-law down.

"What's going on?" he asks as he walks up to the scene.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
