After Kandy Ho became the next RuPaul contestant to leave the race, there is actually a silver lining in the way she was eliminated.

The last episode of RuPaul's Drag Race had pop star Ariana Grande as a guest judge. When it came down to the final two contestants to lip-sync "for their lives," the song they had to perform was "Break Free," one of Grande's biggest hits.

Ho performed her heart our against Jaidynn Diore Fierce. After giving it their all, RuPaul decided to keep Fierce in the competition, letting Ho take the spot at ninth place this season.

On Tuesday, the eliminated queen posted a photo on her Instagram page of something that actually makes her feel sort of grateful on how she left the race. She added a picture with Grande, herself, as the two shared a hug in the back room. Ho pointed out that if she was going to be the next contestant to leave the competition, then she's glad to do it to one of Grande's songs.

"@arianagrande this is one of the best m moments of my life," the queen wrote in the caption. "You are so beautiful so talented and so humble I'm glad I sashayed away to your fabulous song, break free."

The eight remaining queens in the race are Violet Chachki, Kennedy Davenport, Miss Fame, Jaidynn Diore Fierce, Katya, Max, Ginger Minj and Pearl.

RuPaul's Drag Race airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Logo TV.
