While Skye captioned the photo, "Just Friends," many people aren't too sure if their relationship is simply platonic.

Ironically, Bieber was recently rumored to be dating the girl's cousin, Chantel, and the person who was seen in the car when the singer got pulled over for drag racing and DUI in Miami.
These new photos emerged shortly after Kendall Jenner's Twitter account was hacked and messages claimed that she and Bieber were intimate with one another.
According to Hollywood Life, while the singer's love life has been a complete mystery, many suspect that the singer could be dating Jenner.
The site reported that sources suggest that the rumored couple could be taking their relationship public very soon.
"When Kendall talks about Justin, her face lights up," InTouch reported. "She could definitely be Justin's next real relationship."
If the rumors are true, the reality star turned model probably won't be too happy when she sees the photo of her man getting close to another woman.
