Jurors in the murder case against former NFL star Aaron Hernandez are still deliberating and sources claim that there are multiple reasons why the defendant won't be found guilty for the murder of his friend Odin Lloyd.

During their closing arguments, the defense team shockingly admitted that while their client was present on the scene during the crime, they insist that he's not responsible for Lloyd's murder.
On Thursday, the Boston Globe reported that a legal specialist claims that there are a number of reasons why the case works in favor of the defense.
Prosecution Team Calls Aaron Hernandez's Friend To Testify Against Defense Team
For one there's the lack of motive and no solid evidence that proves Hernandez was responsible for the crime.
Two, the defense admitted that Hernandez was at the crime scene which gives the team credibility.
Three, there are no eyewitnesses that can put Hernandez at the scene of the crime and lastly, skillful cross-examination.The defense team was able to prove that detectives were not thorough in their investigation.
According to the Boston Herald, Boston criminal defense attorney's Geoffrey Nathan and Jeffrey Denner both believe that due to the circumstantial evidence, it is very likely that the defendant could be acquitted of the murder charges.
Based on their evidence, the prosecutors have concluded that Hernandez and his two friends picked Lloyd up at his home in Boston and drove him to the industrial park and shot him to death.
Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the charges and he currently remains in the jail without bail.
