People reported that reps for the couple confirmed the birth of their son and said that Biel and the baby are "doing well" and Timberlake is "ecstatic."
The couple opted for a sweet name for their new baby that was derived from someone important in their family.

Timberlake's maternal grandfather, Bill Silas Bomar, died in 2012. They opted to use Silas for his first name. They then took Timberlake's middle name, which is also his father's first name, for the baby's middle name: Silas Randall.
The couple kept her pregnancy hushed up until January on Timberlake's 34th birthday.
"Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I'm getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN'T WAIT," Timberlake said at the time of the reveal.
The two kept the sex of their baby a surprise right up until delivery. When Timberlake won the innovator award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, he used it as an ode to Biel saying that she was his "best friend and favorite collaborate."
"I can't wait to see our greatest creation yet," he said. "Daddy's heading home right now to innovate by learning how to change a poopy diaper and get my swaddle on!" he said.
