'Terminator 5' Spoilers: Actor Rumored To Be Playing T-5000 Dishes About Working In 'Genisys' [VIDEO]
Doctor Who actor Matt Smith recently spoke to The Independent about working in Terminator: Genisys.
Smith's role in the film has been kept a secret. The publication mentioned that the actor is rumored to be playing the T-5000, a new model of the Terminator that has cerebral abilities and can "brainwash" human beings. While talking about being part of the film, the actor was very careful about not letting any details out.
"I love those movies [and] I'm very excited to be a part of those films," he said. "Obviously I can't talk in too much detail about my role."

The actor also stars in Lost River, Ryan Gosling's directorial debut which is set to release on April 10. Speaking about Lost River, Smith was all praise for Gosling's craft. "I think the film has its own identity and has the identity of Ryan in it," he said. "There's a lot of him in the movie. That's why I'm really proud of it. For someone like him, who has a huge Hollywood career, he's still making brave, creative choices and making films like this, which aren't to everyone's tastes, I'm sure, but how good [is it] that someone from Hollywood is having a go and making them?"

Terminator: Genisys is scheduled to release in July 2015.
