Boy Flushes Goldfish: Child Sends His Pet Down Toilet, Breaks Out In Tears As Mom Continues Filming [VIDEO]
A young boy learned about death the hard way as his mom forced him to flush his pet goldfish down the toilet.

On Sunday, people all over the country had their hearts captured by a broken little boy who was forced to say goodbye to his best friend.
It seems as though his mom was trying to teach him a lesson in death, but the boy didn't seem to fully understand.

The video was posted to YouTube nearly a month ago, but only really went viral on Sunday. The person who uploaded the video entitled it, "Boy loses best friend."
The video starts out with the probably no more than 3-year-old holding the dead fish as he lovingly kisses and holds the goldfish in the bathroom entryway.
The boy doesn't really seem to understand what he is about to do as his mom asks what he is going to do with him and he responds, "I don't know?"
When the mom asks her son what he is going to do with it he says put him in the toilet. The boy places the fish gently in the toilet bowl and flushes.
Only until he sees the goldfish go down the hole, never to return, does he fully understand what just happened.
He immediately looks up to his mom and begins crying. The only thing the mom says is, "What's wrong?"
The boy then only responds with crying as he appears to be saying the fishes name.
