Miley Cyrus Liam Hemsworth Matching Tattoos of President Roosevelt's Quote On Arms (PHOTOS)
After several reports claimed Liam Hemsworth had asked Miley Cyrus to stop tweeting about their love life on Twitter, the "Hunger Games" star did a little over-sharing of his own.
Hemsworth posted a double photo on Instagram of both his and Cyrus' arms to show proof that he recently inked his arm with a similar tattoo Cyrus had inked first.
The 22-year-old revealed his "half" of the tattoo earlier this week. Miley had debuted her ink back in July. The couple's tattoo is an excerpt of a famous quote from a 1910 speech written by former President Theodore Roosevelt. The quote was taken from Roosevelt's 35-page address, entitled "Citizenship in a Republic." Her tattoo reads: "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."
Hemsworth's tattoo is a portion of the 19-year-old's quote, which reads: "If he fails, at least fails while daring greatly."
Cyrus discussed her take on tattoos with Harper's Bazaar magazine in 2010. "I could never get a meaningless tattoo, but I think that if you're doing something that's important, that's significant in your life, it takes some of the pain away."
Hemsworth's demonstration of his love for Cyrus might help dismiss recent reports that the couple are experiencing difficulties in their relationship.
Hemsworth reportedly believed Cyrus' tweets she posted on Sept. 13, where she expressed she needed more passion in her life and that she gives more love than she receives, were directed at him. The Australian actor felt her tweets were completely inappropriate and allegedly asked his fiance' to delete her Twitter account.
The tweets in question were included "ever feel like you want just.... something more. not sure what exactly... passion perhaps?"; "sometimes i feel like i love everyone more than they love me. hatttte that feeling," and "Thought of the day: maybe it's not that they love you less, they just love you the most they are capable of long."
Three hours after her Twitter rant, Cyrus was happy to announce, "having some quality fiancé time. just what I needed ❤"
