Nida makes a call from the FMC Lexington Prison in Kentucky he's at to none other than his friend, Cynthia Bailey's husband Peter Thomas.
When Bailey and Thomas asked him how he was doing, the first thing he pointed out was, "I still haven't seen my children, but I'm holding up."

He and Parks have two sons together Dylan, 4 and Ayden, 2.
Nida pointed out that Parks hasn't brought their children to see him, nor did she allow them to go with his brother who had visited him four times when Nida called.
"I need to see my children."
Thomas encouraged him to "keep strong."
"When you come home they're gonna need their daddy."
Bailey confessed she had sympathy for him but still felt indifferent because of the drama she caused when bringing up rumors that Parks was cheating on him.
As for Parks, she's holding down the fort at home in Atlanta with her and Nida's children. She told cameras her thoughts on taking the boys to see their father behind bars.
"I'm not sure when we'll visit Apollo because Kentucky is not a hop, skip and a jump away from Atlanta. These facilities have rules for children. I had to call the warden to see when an infant would even be welcomed into a prison. So it's not like 'Oh! I can just go.'"
