‘The Voice’ Season 8 Top 12: Rob Taylor, Sawyer Fredericks, & Others Give Behind-The-Scenes Glimpse [VIDEOS]
Last week, The Voice kicked off its live shows for its current season and narrowed down the 20 remaining contestants to a Top 12.
Adam Levine 'Stupid' For Sending Brian Johnson Into Top 12 On 'The Voice'?
Christina Aguilera, Pharrell Williams, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine's teams will compete tonight, April 13, with more live performances, which will ultimately lead to the teams shrinking down in size again.
The Voice YouTube channel uploaded a video of each team on Monday prepping for their Top 12 performances.
Who Made It Into The Top 12 On 'The Voice'?
In the Team Xtina video that is below, Rob Taylor, India Carney and Kimberly Nichole show off a fun time backstage as they get their hair, make-up and wardrobe done.
"Team Christina!" Taylor said as he crossed his arms to make an "X" to signify his team, before adding, "Best team ever!"
Carney echoed his thoughts by sharing, "Behind-the-scenes at The Voice is probably like the best time ever. I adore everyone on my team. Everyone really gets along."
"My teammates are crazy," Taylor shared with a smile.
"Rob Taylor's like one of my BFFs. He's like my little brother," Nichole dished.
The Team Pharrell video, which is below, begins with Mia Z repeating her teammate Koryn Hawthorne who is off camera saying, "We are the coolest team because we're the youngest team."
Sawyer Fredericks is also on Team Pharrell and the three high school teens are having a blast!
"This experience so far has been life-changing," Hawthorne dished.
The three teens have to have school hours each day, but they're happy to be part of The Voice's eighth season. Mia Z revealed they're doing about "5 hours a day" of schooling.
Fredericks loves to have jam sessions with Mia Z since they're so similar.
"I think we just understand each other," he dished of his teammate.
The Team Blake video, which is below, revealed Corey Kent White stating, "Like there hasn't been a response like this since the blind auditions."
His teammate Meghan Linsey dished about how she's "looking forward to" performing live again. She also talked about all the "highs and lows" that come with the music industry.
The other Team Blake Top 12 contestant Hannah Kirby gave an insider look at her hotel residence and showed off her laptop's mouse, which is a gamer's mouse since it has a number keypad on its side.
Lastly, in the Team Adam video that's below, Deanna Johnson, Joshua Davis and Brian Johnson, are seen getting along great.
"We're so, so close," Deanna divulged about herself and her two male teammates.
Brian talked about how he has been Davis' roommate since the battle rounds and he also talked about making coffee for Davis since he brought his coffee press with him to Los Angeles.
Their female teammate revealed that she has an easier time singing with raw emotion when she thinks about her boyfriend.
"I'm not an emotional person," she admitted.
