5 Seconds of Summer 2015: Aussies Are ‘Home Sweet Home’ After Recording A Bit More In Los Angeles [VIDEO]
The Australian band members from 5 Seconds of Summer have not really been in their homeland of Australia since the holiday season.
5 Seconds of Summer Earns Two Nominations At 2015 Billboard Music Awards
The guys wrapped their holiday festivities with their friends and family and then flew back to Los Angeles to work on their sophomore studio album. Plus, they have gone to Japan for some gigs and have begun doing the other prepping that comes with putting a new album together, including photo shoots.
On Friday Michael Clifford tweeted about recording one of his "favorite songs" with his bandmates Calum Hood, Luke Hemmings and Ashton Irwin as well as David Hodges.

5 Seconds of Summer Praises All Time Low For Their New Album 'Future Hearts'
On Saturday, Irwin tweeted out his thanks for their fans "being so patient and dedicated" as they create new tunes.

Also on Saturday, Hemmings teased on Twitter, "It begins" with a snowman emoji, which signifies winter. The seasons are currently transitioning from autumn to winter in Sydney, Australia right now, which is where 5SOS resides.
