K. Michelle, Memphitz: Record Exec Loses Lawsuit, Says He'll Prove 'Somebody Got Paid Under The Table' [VIDEO]
Lots of fans were surprised when K. Michelle won her defamation lawsuit that record executive Memphitz filed against her after she claimed he physically assaulted her; but in the latest news Memphitz made it clear it's not over.
Memphitz, whose real name is Mickey Wright, took to his Instagram to post a a cryptic messages for his 219,000 followers Monday.
In one it was a message that reads, "To My Judge & Jury...They did the same thing to my brother Jesus long ago bc he spoke Truth. But.... I ain't Jesus. I'm coming 4 Dat A--."

He added the caption, "Being the only thing I know how to be. A #Soldier & Black Man in America, make sure you're all up Early tomorrow. I got gifts. #GoingDownOnATuesday".
But that's not all.
The day before he shared a meme that implied he's not worried about the judge ruling in K. Michelle's favor.
On Saturday, just hours after news hit that K. Michelle had won the lawsuit, he wrote another message and said he had more news for fans this week. It could have been what he was referring to when he told fans to be "up early" Tuesday (April 14).
It reads, "They Up & Down Like SeeSaws Be. Believe anything they hear & everything they see. They'll never be as Real as Me. #AskQuestions. Next Week Lets See If You Still Believe."
He even said in that caption that he believes someone was paid off to rule in K. Michelle's favor.
"somebody must've got paideezy undo the tableezy & I'm gonna prove it. #RUNotEntertained? #bc I am."
Memphitz sued K. Michelle, Viacom and Monami Entertainment after K. Michelle made statements on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta claiming that Memphitz beat her and threatened her and her son. It was revealed that he lost the case this past weekend.
