After Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) refused to sell him her shares unless they rekindled their romance, Liam (Scott Clifton) put his plans for a Forrester takeover on the back burner--but after witnessing more disgusting behavior from Rick (Jacob Young) he will begin renewing his efforts on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Liam and Ivy Are Hesitant To Forgive Quinn For What She's Done

Since his initial plans to take over the company so he could remove Rick as CEO and keep Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) and Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) safe from Rick's wrath, things have gotten even more tense at the company--especially for Ivy, who is now being forced to work alongside Quinn (Rena Sofer) again, despite their history.

Liam has already been annoyed by the fact that Quinn is back, but after witnessing another encounter between Ivy and Rick where he insults her work once again, he will begin to make plans to once again find a way to dethrone Rick.

Tensions Erupt At Forrester

"The problem is, I don't know what you want," Ivy says to Rick in a preview clip for the Tuesday, April 14 episode.

"Well, that's to be expected Ivy," Rick replies. "You're inexperienced."

The comment will prove to be a last straw for Liam, who won't take Rick treating his girlfriend as terribly as he has been. And though he can't try to secretly takeover anymore unless he gets Steffy's shares, he will try a new tactic to get Rick to back off--by reminding the Forrester CEO of how important Spencer Publications is to his company's success.

"Well Rick, if you won't let me speak up as a stockholder, how about as the president of the company who writes your reviews?" he threatens in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
