'The Fosters' Season 3 Premiere: Actor Dishes On 'Jonnor' Storyline, They're 'Like Brothers' In Real Life [VIDEO]
As Jude and Connor let their relationship blossom through new episodes of The Fosters, one of the actors dished on what it feels like to be a part of this storyline.
Is Jesus Going To Be Killed Off 'The Fosters?'
On Monday, a clip was released that shows Hayden Byerly (Jude) and Gavin MacIntosh (Connor) at the GLAAD Media Awards before the season finale of the second season aired. Bylerly talked about how he and his co-star make their performances as two young boys in love with each other so believable- it's actually not that difficult for them since they're already so close.
"Gavin and I are great friends off set and some can say we're best friends," Byerly said. "And for us to have that kind of bond where we actually feel so close to someone is not that hard to do when Gavin and I feel like brothers."
Is Callie Going To Have A New Love Interest On 'The Fosters?'
"To go through something to actually feel like you care about someone when you actually do makes it so much easier," he added.
The actors then pointed out how some tissues will be needed for that season finale, and they weren't kidding about it. While the 'Jonnor' relationship was in good hands despite Connor being shot in the foot, something else took place leaving the show in tragedy.
Jesus, Mariana and their pregnant birth mother Ana got into a car accident where one of them may have been killed.
The Fosters Season 3 is expected to premiere this summer on ABC Family.
