'Reign' Season 2 Spoilers: Actor Says 'Everything's About To Change,' People Will Return From The Past [VIDEO]
Fans are definitely going to want to prepare to see things in a new light as Reign finishes up its second season.
Chatter On Mary's Decision After Francis Falls Ill On 'Reign'
On Thursday, TV Line shared an interview with Jonathan Keltz (Leith) who mentioned that pretty much nothing will stay the same in the final episodes. As some move forward, others are about to come back.
"There are some people returning from our past, as well as some new people arriving," Keltz said. "The very foundation of French Court, England, Scotland- everything's about to change...it's going to re-shape who's alive, who's not, who's here, who's not and what the show and French Court even are moving forward."
Queen Elizabeth Is Coming To 'Reign'
The actor also opened up on Leith's relationship with Greer and how this might be one romance that fans can actually have hope for.
"We're the happy couple now!" Keltz said. "Leith has been trying to get back to that dream he and Greer had for themselves in the beginning, which they never thought was possible. Now, with the annulment, he believes so much that the dream is possible; the dream is real."
The actor then described Princess Claude, someone in Leith's life who has obviously had a rough upbringing.
"Claude is somebody who, as we've seen over the past few episodes, is really a lovely person who's been shaped by people's perceptions of her," he said. "Being treated like a sociopath by her own mother really affected her, but the fact that she remains sensitive and vulnerable is truly a testament to her character."
Reign airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
