Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) will butt heads in the 2016 film, causing the rest of Earth's Mightiest Heroes to choose sides. With Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) slated to make an appearance alongside of host of non-Avenger heroes, it would appear that the Russo brothers are filming Infinity War a few years early.
Anthony Mackie (Falcon), however, assures Marvelites that this is not the case.

"That's what I thought when I first read it, but not at all." Mackie told MTV. "It really plays well with the storyline of Cap and how he's evolved into his own man, him doing his own thing, everybody coming together to fight for the common good of man."
Nevertheless, Johansson assures viewers Civil War will lead into Infinity War: Part 1.
"With Civil War it's gonna be interesting to see how they set up this next phase, I think Cap 3 is definitely sort of like a pre-Avengers 3 and 4," Johansson told Collider.
