Just like most fans, actress Kiernan Shipka feels almost devastated that Mad Men is almost over after seven incredible seasons on air. The blonde beauty, who plays Sally Draper on the show, opens up about the series finale and what's next for her and her co-stars, which also includes Jon Hamm, January Jones, Christina Hendricks, and more.

Speaking to Elle magazine in a new interview, Shipka says that she has mixed feelings about the show's ending, as it's been a huge part of her life for the last several years now.

She said, "It's very bittersweet. It's crazy. I'm going to see everyone after - I mean, we're not done, the show is done. It's more about letting go of a character I've played for half my life. Not being on Mad Men is not normal for me. Being on Mad Men was the normal thing for me for more than half my life. It's the most familiar thing. So to not have it is just an adjustment."

Shipka also says that she doesn't want to see the hit 1960's-era drama end, just like plenty of fans out there.

She added, "I don't want it to end. I'm holding on to these last couple episodes, these last couple of weeks that we have. I have to embrace this. When it's over it's going to be kind of sad. But it will be nice to talk to people about it. I'm excited for people to see it all. But still it's half my life!"

Mad Men airs on Sundays at 10 p.m. on the AMC network.
