Mob Wives star Big Ang is finally opening up since undergoing a surgical procedure to remove a cancerous tumor in her throat and she's thanking her family, friends and her fans for their heartfelt messages and prayers.
Several weeks ago Ang's doctors performed an eight-hour procedure to remove the tumor and luckily they were able to save her voice.
In a recent Instagram post, the Mob Wives star expressed her sincerest gratitude to all of those who have kept her in their thoughts and prayers and she says that she is recovering well.
"I want to take a moment to thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart for all of your love, concern, thoughts, prayers, well wishes, and helpful notes from experiences from those of you who dealt with the same ordeal I've faced," she captioned her photo. "It hasn't been an easy road, but it's comforting knowing you don't have to travel it alone."
As of now it's unsure if the cancer has spread to any other parts of Ang's body, but be sure to check in for more updates as the story continues to unfold.
