He was all set to go through with his plans to marry Quinn (Rena Sofer) and spend the rest of his life with her, but his daughter's opposition could persuade Deacon (Sean Kanan) to change his mind on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Quinn & Deacon's Wedding Gets An Unexpected Interruption

He and Quinn were about to recite their vows when Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), who has been a vocal opponent of their pending nuptials, barged into the ceremony and interrupted things. When Deacon told her to leave things alone, she told him she wasn't the only one opposed to his marrying Quinn--and revealed their daughter, Hope (Kim Matula) via a video chat from her new location in Italy.

Hope and Quinn have a bad history resulting from Quinn's countless schemes to get Hope and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) together. The situation reached its final point of no return when Hope miscarried the child she had with Wyatt by falling down the stairs in Brooke's backyard--an incident that was largely blamed on Quinn because she had gone to the mansion that day to talk to Hope despite being told to stay away. As a result of the incident, Hope and Wyatt divorced, and Hope fled to Italy, where she has been ever since.

Brooke Makes A Final Attempt To Break Quinn & Deacon Up

Now, despite remaining quiet when Deacon initially told her he was marrying Quinn, Hope is speaking up--and she has a chilling warning for her father if he ultimately decides to go through with the wedding.

"Quinn will never be a part of my life, and Dad, I'm sorry, but if you marry her, neither will you," she says to Deacon in a preview clip for the Monday, April 20 episode.

Now, knowing he could lose the relationship he was finally able to build with his daughter when he returned to L.A., Deacon will be forced to make a choice--his plans for a happily ever after with Quinn, or losing the woman he loves so he can still have a relationship with his daughter.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
