Mob Wives star Big Ang has been dealing with a lot of stress lately after she was diagnosed with throat cancer, but luckily the reality star has something to take her mind off things.
'Mob Wives' Star Big Ang Recovering After 'Extremely Long' Surgery
After going under the knife for an eight-hour surgery, Ang welcomed a new addition to her family last week. On Thursday the mob wife announced that her grandson was born.
"I am so proud to announce and share the first photo of my newest grandchild and addition to my family. This is Robert James, also known as RJ!" the reality star wrote on her Instagram page.
Big Ang Undergoes 8-Hour Surgery To Remove Cancerous Tumor
"Everyone knows I needed this right now! I am so blessed and thankful to be here to celebrate his life and to have witnessed such a special moment," she continued.
Several weeks ago Ang's doctors performed an eight-hour procedure to remove the tumor and luckily they were able to save her voice.
In a recent Instagram post, the Mob Wives star expressed her sincerest gratitude to all of those who have kept her in their thoughts and prayers and she says that she is recovering well.
