'Southern Charm' Season 2: Dwindling Ratings Lead To Bravo Cancelling Series? [VIDEO]
Southern Charm may be cancelled after the conclusion of season two.
Is 'Southern Charm' Star Thomas Ravenel More Than Friends With Jennifer Snowden?
Although there is plenty of drama still to come on the series, including the eventful breakup of Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis, a new report claims ratings for the series have continuously dropped from week to week.
"The Thomas Ravenel, Kathryn Dennis breakup later this season will lift ratings. But that may not be enough," LALATE reported on Tuesday. "In their last three weeks, Southern Charm’s ratings have progressively gotten worse. Two weeks ago, Shahs of Sunset’s ratings rose to a 1.139, but Southern Charm’s ratings got worse compared to its previously week. That night, Charm delivered a 0.869 ratings share."
Kathryn Dennis Claims Thomas Ravenel 'Has Sex' With 'One Of My Best Friends'
Throughout season two of Southern Charm, fans have been waiting on the edge of their seats for Ravenel and Dennis' relationship to come to an end, but so far, it hasn't happened. That said, the two have been faced with some serious issues, including Ravenel's possible cheating. Not only was Ravenel accused of cheating on Dennis with series guest star Jennifer Snowden, he was also accused of having sex with one of her best friends -- and all while she was pregnant with their daughter, Kensie.
"If Southern Charm sinks near 0.850 and stays there, the show is not likely to be invited back," the site added.
Southern Charm season two airs on Mondays at 10 p.m. on Bravo. Below is a sneak peek at next week's episode.
