'Little Women: NY' SNEAK PEEK: WATCH As The Gang Faces A Tough Decision Concerning Lila's Sobriety [VIDEO]
They've been trying to have a good time as they live it up in New York but the cast of Little Women: NY is going to be forced to delve into a more serious territory.
Lila's Date Doesn't Go As Well As Planned
In a preview clip for the Wednesday, April 22, the group will delve into a serious topic--Lila's drinking habits, after Kristy from Los Angeles comes to see the group and realizes her fellow recovering alcoholic is struggling with sobriety.
Kristy starts off her visit by talking to Dawn and Jazmin about Lila's drinking habits, something she became concerned about after a series of text messages that Lila sent her which troubled her about the company her friend was keeping.
"I don't know why Kristy is in New York, but a secret meeting can't be good," Dawn says in the clip.
Sure enough, it isn't as she becomes alarmed when she learns Lila has been drinking when she's out.
"She's been to rehab and she's drinking correct? She's not supposed to," Kristy says.
The situation will require the group to make a tough decision as a result--because confronting Lila could be a bad idea since it becomes more difficult to accept there's a problem when she's already a little person.
"As a little person, to be labeled as an alcoholic is twice as hard to deal with," Jason explains in the clip.
In the end though, the girls all know what's right and what needs to be done, and they bring Kristy over to Lila's--setting her up for a much needed intervention.
Little Women: NY airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
