First, Ashton Kutcher replaced actor Charlie Sheen on-screen for the hit show "Two And A Half Men," and now, he topped him again off-screen.

Kutcher landed the no.1 spot on Forbes magazine's "Highest Paid Actor In TV List", beating Sheen who held the top spot last year. Kutcher landed the highly coveted nod less than two weeks after his girlfriend, actress Mila Kunis, was named "The Sexiest Woman Alive" by Esquire magazine.

Forbes' estimated that Kutcher earned $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012. Last year, Sheen was the highest earning actor in television when Forbes estimated he earned $40 million at the time.

Kutcher has helped "Two and a Half Men" remain one of the most watched shows in televison today. The show attracts an average of 12.4 million viewers per episode. His investments in technology has also helped his bank account, as he was an early investor in Skype, Spotify and Airbnb. His love for technology likely inspired him to take the role of portraying Apple co-founder Steve Jobs in the upcoming biopic "Jobs."
