Mimi Faust has fired shots back at her ex-boyfriend and VH1 Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-star Nikko Smith after he made claims that she hired him to play her love interest on the controversial series.

Mimi Faust Talks Nikko Smith's Wife Margeaux Being On 'LHHATL', She 'Will Play A Role'

She took to her Twitter Wednesday to shut down Smith's statements he made on HOT 97's Ebro in the Morning earlier this week.

She wrote, "Anyone want to be my 'fake boyfriend'? Only requirement is he needs to be a scumbag".

Her comments come just after Smith said that Faust paid him to be her boyfriend on the show. While Faust didn't know right away that he had been secretly married for about a decade to a woman named Margeaux, Smith said his wife was okay with him going to be Faust's fake boyfriend because it was their way to get their feet into the entertainment industry. He said that Faust and even her manager "wined and dined" him in hopes of convincing him to agree to the role. He added that he didn't tell Faust he was married because he was afraid it would cause her to axe the deal and he wouldn't get paid. He also said that she was still fragile because of her huge split with the father of her child Stevie J. Even though Faust and Smith have their differences, it looks like she and Stevie are back in good spirits. The day before she clapped back at Smith, she shared a snapshot of her and Stevie on Instagram. She kept the caption simple with "#FamilyFirst".
