Adam Levine lost another contestant this week due to eliminations, but Deanna Johnson has nothing but positive thoughts about her journey on The Voice.

Joshua Davis Happy To Continue His 'Voice' Journey With His Family

The southern singer originally auditioned for The Voice during its fifth season, yet didn't get a single coach to turn for her. This season she decided to audition again, which paid off since she impressed all four coaches considering they all turned around for her. She then selected Levine to be her coach.

She unfortunately landed in the bottom three for her second time this season, which led to her elimination, but in her exit interview, which The Voice YouTube channel uploaded Wednesday, she shared such a positive outlook moving forward and reflecting on her time on the reality singing competition.

In the video, which is below, Johnson opened up about returning to The Voice this season since she "was kind of worried" since she still wasn't sure if she was good enough.

"Being on the show and making it this far makes me so happy," Johnson dished about finishing in the Top 10.

Johnson struggled with her confidence on stage, but revealed that Levine's coaching helped quite a bit.

"Adam helped me a lot with my confidence and Adam helped me a lot with nerves," she said while commenting on how when she gets nervous she tends to struggle with her breathing, which affects her pitch.

"He's just a great guy. A great coach," Johnson said of Levine after getting to work with him.

"It was an honor to get to work with him," she added.

While her time on The Voice is officially over, she still intends to keep singing since she "absolutely" loves doing it.

Johnson got teary-eyed talking about her now former teammate Joshua Davis, but she's hoping he'll continue on to the end.

"I'm so proud of him and I think he's going to go really, really far," she stated.

"This experience has been amazing," she concluded.

Tune in on Mondays and Tuesdays starting at 8 p.m. ET for Season 8 of The Voice on NBC.
