During the former Real Housewives of Orange County star's recent anniversary dinner, she was presented with a 10-carat, heart-shaped ring by her husband of 10 years, Jim Bellino.

Alexis and Jim Bellino appeared on The Real Housewives of Orange County from seasons 5-8, at which point they were removed from the cast, along with Gretchen Rossi and her fiancé, Slade Smiley.
According to a report by Reality Tea on Wednesday, Jim presented Alexis with the stunning ring during their anniversary dinner.
“My clever husband had this platter brought out right before the platter with my ring on it. 10 carrots to signify 10 carats for our 10 year anniversary. I did not catch on until after I opened the ring. After Bellino and Rossi left The Real Housewives of Orange County, Bravo introduced fans to two new wives, Lizzie Rovsek and Shannon Beador, both of whom are expected to return to the show for season 10 on June 1.
