Chelsea Houska is more in shape than ever, and in a new report, fans are getting an inside look at how she she's gotten so fit.

Although the Teen Mom 2 star doesn't share many details online, she has shared a few, which were recently compilated by OK! Magazine.
Houska "does 3 days of CrossFit training—the same high-intensity workouts Chelsea's co-stars Kailyn and Javi do—as well as two days of kickboxing per week," OK! Magazine reported on Wednesday. In addition, "[Chelsea] uses MaxPro dietary supplements such as protein powder and Arm recovery to complement her active lifestyle."

In addition to Houska's recent weight loss, her Teen Mom 2 co-star, Kail Lowry, recently debuted a new look, claiming she has just 20 pounds left to lose before she reaches her goal weight.
In an interview with Hollywood Life earlier this week, Lowry revealed details about her slim down.
"I get into my Cross Fit box 4 times a week and then on Tuesdays and Thursdays I do an hour of Muay Thai and jui jitsu right after," she explained.
As for her diet, Lowry allows herself to cheat occasionally.
"I still allow myself to have something if I want it," she explained. "Oreos, and sweets in general, are my weakness and I try to save any indulgences for the weekend when I know my family will probably go out to eat or for ice cream."
