It looks as though Jessa Duggar wants to be one very yummy mummy. The pregnant reality television star, who is expecting her first child with her husband Ben Seewald, says that she is trying to stay fit throughout her pregnancy as she doesn't want to "gain a lot of weight."

According to People Magazine on Friday, Duggar opened up about her workout routine and staying healthy while pregnant.

She said "I want to gain a little less weight and not stress out about it. I do want to make sure that I'm eating healthy. You are eating for two but the other is, like, a speck. I am trying to make healthy choices now that I'm entering my second trimester."

As far as her workouts, Duggar also says that she is trying to do what she can while her baby bump continues to grow in the coming months.

She said, "I'm just trying not to overdo it right now. I am still working out, but not trying to break any records."

This will be the first child for Duggar and Seewald, who tied the knot back in November of last year. Duggar's sister Jill and her husband Derick Dillard welcomed their first child, Israel David Dillard, earlier this month.
