Audiences are about to hear the gripping story from the survivors of the Cleveland kidnapping.

On Tuesday, ABC mentioned that Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus spoke with news anchor Robin Roberts about what happened when Ariel Castro imprisoned them with Michelle Knight. The site mentioned that Castro kept the women locked inside tiny rooms and had them chained 24 hours a day. The only person who was allowed outside of the house was Jocelyn, the child that Castro had with Berry.
The victims were reportedly held in captivity just minutes from their homes.

The site also pointed out that the outside of the kidnapper's location was nothing like the way it looked inside. It was apparently much more horrific than it appeared to be.
The girls has been imprisoned for approximately 10 years before they found their freedom.
According to another ABC report, Castro had been sentenced to life plus 1,000 years in prison in August, 2013. In September, he was found dead from an apparent suicide by hanging.
Berry gave a number of details of the awful trauma that she, DeJesus and Knight went through. They had moments where freedom seemed possible, but something would get in the way. They finally got away on May 6, 2013 when Castro wasn't there and the bedroom door happened to be unlocked.
The interview with Berry and DeJesus will air on Tuesday night at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
