Stevie J might be a little harsh when it comes to his women, but a scene of VH1's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta makes it clear he has a soft spot for his daughter, Eva Giselle when he tells her he has to go to rehab.

In the clip Stevie J along with the mother of his child and co-star Mimi Faust sit on a couch when he calls Eva to let him know he's there. Her excitement can't be contained as she screams and runs down the steps yelling "Dad!"

Faust asks cameras, "How do you explain to a five-year-old that her dad's gonna be away for 30 days?"

Stevie adds, "Eva's too young to understand what's going on. But she's never too young to miss her daddy."

Stevie J asks Eva to show him her room so they could have private time while he breaks the news to her.

"Well, daddy's gotta go away for a little while."

Eva seems to try to understand as she snuggles up to him and gives him a hug.

He whispers in her ear, "I love you so much with all my heart."

She doesn't waste anytime responding, "I love you too."

Stevie J says he sees his daughter and the rest of his children as "motivation" to be a better person. But that doesn't stop Eva from breaking down and crying as Stevie J tries to explain he's only going to "be gone for four Fridays."

He starts singing her name in her ear.

On top of the rehab drama, Stevie J is facing a child support case in which a mother of two of his children say he owes more than $1 million in back child support.
