The first of the final three episodes starring Nina Dobrev as Elena on The Vampire Diaries airs tonight, April 30, on The CW!

Watch Elena Ingest The Cure In The Trailer For 'The Vampire Diaries' Episode 'I'd Leave My Happy Home for You'

I'd Leave My Happy Home for You will focus heavily on the idea of Elena and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) both taking the cure, but will also focus on Stefan (Paul Wesley) interacting with his mother Lily (Annie Wersching).

On Wednesday, The CW Television Network's YouTube channel uploaded a sneak peek into the episode, which features a sulking Stefan.

In the sneak peek, which can be watched below, Stefan is seen leaving Caroline (Candice Accola) a voicemail.

"So happy in your voicemail. Speaking of happy, that thumping bass you hear in the background that's um, Damon's genius idea to host Ric's [Matt Davis] bachelor party despite the fact that our mother apparently lives here now who I've been ducking by the way. In case you haven't noticed," Stefan said in the message he's leaving for Caroline.

"I guess what I'm saying is call me back otherwise I'm going to start running out of reasons to avoid everything that is going on in my life right now. Kind of like what you're doing, which is completely understandable, but just really crappy timing for me and my problems," he added.

"You should be here. Come home," he concluded before ending the call.

Enzo (Michael Malarkey) meanwhile was lurking by Stefan's bedroom door listening to Sefan leave an "utterly adorable" message.

Once Enzo's presence is known he reveals to Stefan that Lily needs his help.

"She's in bad shape," Enzo shared.

Tune in to find out if Caroline returns Stefan's call or just comes home along with everything else going on in Mystic Falls.

Catch The Vampire Diaries on Thursdays on The CW at 8 p.m. ET.
