There's been a lot of talk since John Stamos confirmed a Full House reboot series titled Fuller House would officially premiere on Netflix next year, but there have been several rumors surrounding the project as well that have left fans scratching their heads.

Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen Address' Fuller House' Speculation

Amid all of the speculation about casting and what would actually unfold on the new show, some of the actual confirmed details have gotten lost in the jumble. With that in mind, here is everything that has so far been confirmed about the new show:

1. D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, and Uncle Jesse are the only confirmed characters returning (for now).

Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber and John Stamos have all confirmed they would be a part of the new series (Stamos will be acting as a producer and guest star). Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), Lori Loughlin (Becky Katsopolis), Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (Michelle Tanner), Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit (Nicky and Alex Katsopolis) and Scott Weinger (Steve Hale) are not confirmed to be a part of the series as of yet, though several are in talks. Loughlin has commented that she would be willing to return if negotiations were fair to everyone, while Weinger tweeted he was talking things over.

2. D.J. Will Be A Pregnant Mother Of Two Boys & A Recent Widow Who Asks Her Sister & Best Friend To Move In With Her

Bure confirmed that she would be a widow in the new show after losing her husband, Tommy Fuller, and that Stephanie and Kimmy would come back to help her raise the two boys she already has, and help her prepare for the birth of her third.

"I can't do it alone and so I call upon my family to help me, and that's when my sister comes in, Stephanie and my best friend, Kimmy, who also has a daughter and is divorced. And we get together and help each other."

The good news is, is Weinger works out a contract to appear on the show, there's still a chance for a D.J. and Steve happily ever after ending.

3. Growing Up Doesn't Mean Things Have Changed Entirely (But There Will Be A More Modern Approach)

While their characters are now obviously the adults, it doesn't mean everything has changed for them. Sweetin confirmed that much of the dynamic between Stephanie, Kimmy and D.J. would still be the same.

"It's based around D.J., Stephanie and Kimmy, so there's still going to be that really fun dynamic, which I'm looking forward to--Stephanie and Kimmy being arch nemeses, and teaming up to help D.J," she said. ....Stephanie has sort of been the wild world traveler, and I'm looking forward to bringing to life Stephanie as she is today and creating a real backstory for her. She's a free spirit, and that will be obvious in the character she's become."
