Just when we thought we saw it all from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast, the latest "Lost Footage" episode, which aired on Sunday night, showed viewers some big surprises.

Here is a recap of some of the episode's highlights:

The episode opened with Bravo host Andy Cohen calling out Joe Giudice and the offensive gay joke he made during the "RHNJ" season. Giudice said Greg Bennett had the "loosest butthole" during the cast's trip to Napa Valley. Giudice responded to Cohen's query with the following:

"Growing up, we always used the word... we call each other, f***ot, homo or whatever, doesn't mean anything. We were friends. We call each other names all the time, it doesn't mean we're gay. We just would use that word for whatever reason, that just was in our vocabulary... It was just a word that everybody used. Now, I don't use the word anymore because it's not appropriate and people don't want to hear that, so I don't use it."

Jacqueline Laurita then chimmed in by bringing up the instance on the show where Giudice called his wife, Teresa, a cunt. She said, "I think it's more ignorance than malicious."

Also in the episode, Caroline Manzo revealed that Teresa had a hand in why her and her sister Dina are not on speaking terms at the moment.

"[Teresa's] not the entire component, but she's certainly a component,' Manzo said. Teresa replied by saying, "I want you guys to make peace. I wish you all the best."

Teresa clarified that a magazine asked her to do a story about apologizing to the other women on "RHNJ," with which Cohen said, "So they asked you to apologize." Jacqueline then asked Teresa that if her apology was in fact sincere, why did she not respond to any of the phone messages she left for Teresa.

Teresa also denied that In Touch paid her $6,500 for the cover story.

"Lost footage" clips showed the "RHNJ" cast participating in a Tug-O-War for charity. In the Giudice/Wakile vs Manzo/Laurita match, the latter won, after Carolina enlisted the help of some Army soldiers that were in the crowds. It only seemed fit, though, since Teresa brought along big muscled "juice heads" to be on her team. Footage also showed Teresa in bookstores looking to see if they carried her cookbooks.

When one place did not have her second book, "Fabulicious," she said to the salesperson, "I think my book would definitely sell in your store! All the recipes are authentic Italian recipes straight from Italy. My parents are off the boat. Definitely I should be in here."

Also shown: Teresa came out victorious in a cook-off between the women during the Napa Valley trip. A fellow RV camper said Teresa's steak pizzaiola was her favorite dish.
