'Fifty Shades of Grey' New 'Darker' Sequel Will Reportedly Begin Production Soon

Due to an ongoing feud between bestselling author E. L. James and film director Sam Taylor Johnson, production for the movie sequels has been delayed for quite some time but now things are finally underway and the new films will hit big screens very shortly.

It was recently confirmed that James' was given complete creative control over the sequels and her husband Niall Leonard will serve as the screenwriter.

Fifty Shades Darker is set to hit theaters on February 10, 2017 while the third film installment Fifty Shades Freed will arrive just in time for Valentine's Day on February 9, 2018.
