As fans watched Richards discuss her recent relapse and arrest, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's son, Chad Davis, took to social media, where he shared a special message with fans.

"Living in the moment is one of the hardest yet most amazing things you can do for yourself. It requires practice," Davis wrote on Instagram on Tuesday. "Once mastered you can feel a sense of freedom unlike any other. Free to enjoy everything around you and not worry about what's behind you or in front of you. Your completely focused on the moment your in and everything just flows."

Will Kim Richards Leave Rehab Early?

On April 16, after drinking at her daughter Brooke Brinson's home, Richards drove to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she reportedly had more drinks, and was eventually cut off. According to an E! News report, Richards was unhappy with the bartender, who refused to serve her more cocktails, and, after being a disturbance to other guests, police were called and Richards was taken into custody.

"The Beverly Hills Police were called around 1:30 a.m. by security in response to a reported fight, where Richards was described as belligerent with slurred speech and reeking of a strong odor of alcohol," E! reported. "Richards was initially in the bathroom and refused to come out, but she was eventually brought to the Beverly Hills Police Station for booking. While at the station, Richards kicked a police officer."

Richards was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer, and will appear in court on June 10.
