On Sunday, the New York Daily News reported that the reality star has an upcoming life saving surgical procedure scheduled so that doctors are able to remove the lymph nodes on the right side.
According to the site, "next month, she'll have the lymph nodes on the right side removed. If cancer cells are found in those nodes, she'll begin radiation treatments."

Big Ang told the site that she isn't excited to have the procedure down but she knows she has to do it to make sure that she stays healthy.
In March Ang reported that she was transported to a Staten Island hospital after complaining of pain in her neck. As of now it's unsure if the cancer has spread to any other parts of her body, and her family is still waiting for the PET scan results.
Ang has spoken out since her surgery and claims that she is recovering well and should be back to work very soon.
Luckily the reality star has a new grandchild to keep her mind on other things. Back in April, Ang welcomed her fifth grandchild to the world and she couldn't be any more excited.
