Amber Rose Baby's Gender Revealed. It Is a....
Amber Rose and her fiance, rapper Wiz Khalifa, revealed that they are expecting a baby boy.
The Smirnoff Vodka model leaked the baby's sex on Twitter on her birthday, Oct. 21.
"My friend Maria bought our Lil Boy this Slash onesie..... Oops did I say Lil Boy??? ;-)" Rose tweeted, which linked to the photo of the onesie on Instagram.
The news confirmed a recent report that leaked the baby's gender. Celebuzz reported on Oct. 11 that the items the couple selected for their baby shower registry at Los Angeles baby boutiques Petit Tresor and Bel Bambini were for a baby boy. The couple reportedly registered plenty of blue and male-centric items. Rose lovingly named one of her registries, "Amber's Lil Monkey."
The hip-hop duo have a baby shower scheduled for Nov. 12 and their child's due date is reportedly set for some time in January 2013.
On Oct. 5, Rose posted on Twitter "Cam & I finally picked a name for the baby yesterday! U guys are gonna love it! It's the cutest freakin name ever! :-)"
All she will tell her fans is that the child's name will begin with the letter B. On Oct. 10, she tweeted, "B___ has been flippin like a Lil Dolphin & my Mom hasn't let go of my belly all morning she loves feeling her Grandbaby :-)"
The couple confirmed Rose's pregnancy when they hit the red carpet at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 6. During a red carpet interview with MTV reporter Sway, Khalifa announced, "We're expecting a beautiful little baby, me and Amber. We're so excited."
Khalifa then told the MTV News' host that he wanted a baby boy and wants to "teach him how to rap and be a real good MC."
The 29-year-old, who got engaged to Khalifa in March, said in an interview with XXL magazine that she can't wait to give birth.
"I'm so ready. I've decided that I'm going to have an all-natural water birth," she told the magazine. "No medicine."
Rose and Khalifa are going to wait until their baby is born to get married.
