The singer just officially launched on Tuesday and admitted some intriguing information in an interview with The Associated Press.
Cyrus' foundation is a nonprofit organization that is on a mission to rally young people to fight against the injustices homeless youth and LGBT youth face as well as what "other vulnerable populations" face.

The 22-year-old told AP during a phone interview on Monday that she hasn't been in just "straight, heterosexual" relationships even though publicly the masses have seen her linked to Nick Jonas, Liam Hemsworth and some other young Hollywood males, including the most recent being Patrick Schwarzenegger.
While her admission might not be a total shock to some since the 22-year-old is quite blunt and freeing with herself, it is meant to help others who feel constricted. That's what Happy Hippie is all about.
"The position I'm in, I feel like I've got a lot of power," she admitted, adding, "But so many kids don't feel that way. They're under their parents' rule."
Cyrus plans on making a huge impact in terms of increasing acceptance for the LGBT youth and improving the lives of the homeless youth.
"It's not going to be an overnight process. You've got to get into a lot of people's brains and you've got to really make this a topic," she revealed.
The singer also recently dyed her armpit hair pink as well as her pubic hair, which she shared a photo of on her Instagram.
Her reasoning? Well, she told AP that the dying of her hair is making a statement.
It's "saying 'Don't tell me what to do.'"
Cyrus wants everyone to be themselves and there to be total acceptance.
