The Voice has joined forces with Nissan in support of the "Red Thumb Promise" just in time for Mother's Day.

In the video below, coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton discuss the importance of not using your cellphone while driving.

Shelton points out mothers love their children "24/7" so you should want to give them "the best gift ever" by promising to take the "Red Thumb" pledge.

All you have to do is mark your thumb red and not use your cellphone while driving. To join the social media aspect of this campaign you can mark your thumb red and post a video promise with the hashtag "#RedThumb".

The remaining five contestants have done just that!

Christina Aguilera's last contestant in the competition India Carney kicked things off Thursday.

"Your mom rocks," she tweeted, adding, "Promise her you'll put your phone down while driving."

She showed off her red thumb in the video and invited others to make the same promise to their moms.

Pharrell Williams' final two contestants in the competition also made their pledges.

"For Mother's Day I'm making the 'Red Thumb Promise' not to text and drive," Koryn Hawthorne said in her video for the campaign.

Her teammate Sawyer Fredericks doesn't have his license yet, but he also took the pledge.

Shelton's last remaining contestant Meghan Linsey also made the promise and encouraged other to do so as well.

Levine's final contestant in the competition Joshua Davis completed the Top 5's involvement in the "Red Thumb Promise" campaign.
